In his talk, titled “Driving Innovation for Antifungal Development,” Rob emphasized the vital role that patients play in shaping research, policy, and development priorities. He highlighted the significant gaps in investment for fungal diagnostics and treatments, and underscored the urgent need for increased federal support and innovation in antifungal drug development.
